Toilet paper to the front or back??

To the front. It seems like it's easier to get off that way. To the back you have to lean over and find the end. I would like to hear why it's better from the back from someone, just out of curiosity.

It's usually to the back and not sure why I do that. I think it's something I just never thought about and just put the toilet roll on. I just went to check and yup they are both to the back.

I used to really prefer the paper hung with the end underneath... it seemed easier to me for pulling off sections... My husband preferred with the end coming over the top so I adopted to his preference - when ever you buy the novelty printed toilet paper it always has the print showing if you hang it over the top, if you hang underneath it will be the back side showing. anymore we do not use the holder but just leave it on the counter or the back of the commode - so front or back doesn't make a difference.

I like to have mine to the front as well. My roommates don't really pay attention when they change the roll (which is VERY infrequently, by the way, since it seems like I am ALWAYS the one changing it, but that's another story...) If someone has changed the roll and it's on the wrong way, I hate to admit it, but I must change it to MY way!!

I put mine to the back. I guess I do because thats how it always was growing up.

Athough my toilet paper isnt on a roll, we just have it sitting on the toilet roll pack next to our toilet. But when I do have my toilet roll on a roll I prefer it to the front as it not only is it easier to find the end and to tear off but it looks neater. I do find that when I stay at my mums I tend to turn the roll around to my liking!
