I was working in a japanese restaurant owned by a japanese, married to a local woman in our country. They were given 3 siblings, the oldest was married to a well known and rich person here in our city. The couple had decided to put up a business same as my boss's restaurant, and using thesame name. My boss got irretated the way his son handles it, for his son's business got higher impression to customers than his, and one thing his son is taking my other co-employees to work on his business at their free time, especialy our cook without asking permission to his father. LOL do you think my boss was only jealous the way his son's business prosper than his, or is it ok to take your father's employees to work for you even without permission?

well i think that's quite unprofessional for the son to do that, taking his father's employess without permission that is and whether the father is jealous or just being irritated by the actions of his hand i think it's only the father can tell. By the way, what is the specialty of that restaurant you're working and is that really good?

It depends on how they treat each other at home. If they are business like even at home, there could be a serious problem with that situation you gave me. It will come to a head if the son keeps doing that. But if they have a very close father and son relationship it's not going to be a big deal. The father may just remind the son in a form of a half meant joke. But you mentioned the father got irritated, maybe they're not really close at all and they may have a boiling point later.

The father was the only business minded, the son is not, it was his wife who started this misunderstanding, before the father and the son was so close, until the son got married a prominent person that has an attitude his parents does'nt like. such as taking advantage of business her in-laws has.

I believe that is very rude of the son to do this. I would be upset if a family member did this to me. Even though the employees have the right to work where they wish.

Yeah thats very rude. Her wife seems to be happy, when she sees that, my boss and his wife got mad on his husband, maybe the idea of getting my co-employees comes from her, and maybe she wants to learn on how we made our productions. My boss restaurant is well known in our city, since its the only authentic japanese resto in the city and has so many rich customers, shes getting knowledge from our cook.
