The best way to promote sales?

I would like to start a tea business, though I'm not sure if I want to run my own tea shop or not. I already have a fantastic assortment of gourmet teas from a distributor and am able to sell the tea to others. However, I am not sure how to promote the sales of the tea, or how to get the word out that I am even selling tea. Does anyone have any ideas?
