What is your favorite mexican entree?

No doubt, it is cheese and beef quesadillas! I like it with guacamole, salsa and sour cream. It is very good! My siblings and I always argue about mexican food "tasting the same" because they are essentially the same ingredients cooked in different ways. It's chicken, shrimp, or beef cooked with a flour-based thing, and then topped with salsa, cheese, beans, guacamole or all of them. They won't be able to pick a favorite entree. But I think there are really pleasant differences in the entrees and it's just about picking what waters your mouth the most.

I to am a huge fan of chicken quesdillas with rice and beans I also love those chips and salsa you get with your meal those are awesome!!!
