why people changing phone?

every year or evrymonth nokia or samsung or other brand have a new model to come out in the market.so why they need to change into a new one?its still a cellphone nothing has change only the numbers of the pruduct..

So people will feel compelled to buy a new phone. They have to do something to make a profit.
