Mission to mars-is it possible?

Of course it is very great importance especially our destiny of human kind. The earth soon will be over populated and the only way not to use mass killing in order to reduce the population we have to look else where to other distance planet like Mars. I am very happy we have the US and NASA to help us to find out the possibility of life or potential place for a living. Hopefully in the near future that the human race is really be able to move outward of the planet earth and populate other planets like Mars, venus, or perhaps mercury loll.
