I have been to one a few times. They really can help to a certain extent. The problem I have now is a Spondy-something-or-other (word is too long to remember or pronounce). It is a very old fracture in one of the bones around L5 and very painful/limiting. He did help me a bit, but not enough to warrant the expense of a weekly visit. My brother is a Chiropractor so I can usually get advice from him when needed. Too bad he lives halfway across the country.

Well I do know what you mean. Mine is helping some things, it is worth it for me. I could not even move my neck foe 2 years, the doctors could not help. after about 3 visits I have no more pain in my neck. that in its self is worth it for me..

Yes I do since years now because my problem is chronic. I have osteoarthritis and he told me I have 50/50 chances for my case to come back better or keep degenerating. I do have to exercise to stop the process, and eat well but I'm close to 50 years old and I know I have to put all my chances on my side. Don't give up I think you have go chances to come back a lot better then you were, I just went yesterday at the Chiro and feel a lot better.
