I can't manage to keep them on during the night!

Every morning, when we wake up, we have to fix the sheets on the bed. I don't know why, but when we sleep at night, they tend to come off the bed! They get all bunched up all over the bed, and that annoys me to no end. I think it's because my boyfriend and I move around a lot while we sleep, and so does our dog Virgo. She likes to alternate who she sleeps next to, so she's always coming to either my side, or my boyfriends, and last night she even lay by our feet to be closer to the fan. Do the sheets on your bed tend to slide off in the middle of the night? Does it annoy you?

Eugh, my partner makes the sheets scrunch up. Drives me barmey! I'm OCD and one of my obsessions is making the sheet perfectly flat before I go to sleep... or, if I wake up in the night, before I go back to sleep. The quilt too, has to be in just a certain manner... and the curtains... Takes me ages to sort the bed out sometimes! I don't move in my sleep usually. Really, I know they say that everyone moves in their sleep, but I can drop off curled on my side (hugging my plushie :) ) and wake up in the exact same position, still hugging the plushie. I used to sleep walk a lot... then we got bunk beds ... I think that sorted my fidgeting problem. Fidgeting in your sleep a lot is probably to do with heat. Try using a lower tog quilt or less blankets. It may also be your pillows; try using more pillows or lower ones. You'll only sleep soundly if you're comfortable.

Oh, I was going to say; my partner fidgets so much because he's a walking radiator... he gets too hot.

My boyfriend has the same problem, he gets too hot in his sleep too. When he moves, I tend to move too, because sometimes I find him lying on top of me, and that drives me nuts. I can't have anyone clinging to me while I'm sleeping, it's just too uncomfortable. Plus, I have the dog, which thinks its okay to just plop right onto my chest while I'm sleeping, it's not good, because she weighs a good 45lb. and that doesn't feel nice droppin onto your body while your asleep.

Whoa! How do you get any sleep? I suppose the pouch won't sleep outside the bedroom anymore. Poor puppy, just wants some love :P

I have stopped putting the flat sheet on our bed for that very reason, my husband moves a lot in his sleep and the flat sheet is always at the bottom of our bed each morning. I just use the base sheet (or whatever it's called) and a comforter on our bed.

Thats what we do with ours too but don't use the top sheet. Maybe the sheet is too small for the bed?!? or how do you tuck in the corners?

We only put the sheet that attaches to the mattress under ourselves, the other one we put on top of ourselves, because sometimes in the middle of the night if it gets too hot, we can just push the comforter aside and we still have something covering us. I don't understand why the fitted sheet would be coming off all the time. Even as I sit here in bed on the computer, the fitted sheet has inched it's way over the corner of the bed, grrr, now I have to get up and fix it!

It does not happen all the time but on the occasions that it does, it drives me nuts!! It just feels so uncomfortable and sometimes it will wake me up and I have to get up and try and sort them out.

I do the same thing, always waking up in the middle of the night, whether it be because I'm uncomfortable or I have to use the bathroom. When I notice the sheets have moved, I tend to try to straighten them out, but there is only so much I can do when I have a 45lb dog and a 240lb man lying on them, ahhh.
