Do you prefer rock or rap?

I generally prefer rock, especially classic rock. There are several rock genres though, so I wouldn't say I like them all. I really don't like it when the song sounds more like metal than rock itself. There are some good rap songs out there. It's just that most of the ones I've heard are about drugs, women, or money. Do you have a favorite out of the two?
