She seems to know when I'm about to leave!

Every day, I sit in my room watching television and sitting on the computer, so that my dog doesn't have to be caged up. We live with my parents, and my dog isn't allowed through all parts of the house, because my parents dog and my dog don't get along. It's just smarter then having them fight, because my dog has done some damage to my mother's dog, and we just want to prevent it. I don't like her being alone, so I stay with her. My other family members that are in the house, will usually page the phone in my room, to let me know that dinner is ready, or for some other reason to come out. Whenever she hears the paging noise, she immedietly gets up and goes in her cage and whines and groans. I think it's because she thinks that when she hears that sound that I am going to leave! I think it's so cute, because she reacts, and she's such a smart dog.

Yes,I love dogs very much because they are very clever. It seems they can understand us.I have two dogs and both of them are very clever. They can help me pick up the things and if I go out they will follew me.They also can do some actions that I had taught them.I think it's the most clever and lovely pet.

Well animals are very inteligant. They do understand alot more than we think that they do.I am sure that your dog does associate that paging sound to you leaving because that is what you normally do.I know my cat is that way, It is just him and me living here, but as soon as I start doing my hair and getting dressed up, he is right there looking at me, meowing, because he too knows I am fixing to leave.
