rating raters...

I rate Just about every one i read with the + unless there is a reason to not rate or to rate down. You just got a + from me :P it seems like a good idea to have people rate each other, I just hope not too many people rate down for no other reason than they can, that would suck I think.

i rate. i rate when hey respond to my discussion. but i rarely rate others who responded to not my discussions. i rate also who started the discussion.

I hardly read other people's responses to other's discussions. but is urely read them when people respond to my discussion and i very much like to get in conversation that time. So i do rate them for every response. And i do rate the discussions to which i respond. so i have already rated your discussion and i hope you will rate my response too...lol But anyway i do like reading oher people's views but i fell short of time so i may take time in responding back but i surely do. i like to know more about other's views especially on a topic of my interest.

it depends on me. if i'm not in a good mood because of my net problems, i don't usually rate people lol but if my net has a stable connection, i give 'em a rate

i try to rate everyone i see whith a decent response up! Anyone who just types like "yeah, i agree" is a rate down or nothing!
