Hello mylot gamers~ I am a busy person with a lot of work to do and yet i like to play online game. I also like to see my character to gear up her level but it's seem so difficult for me to find time and train my character. I am so tire after my work that i always sleep when i arrive home. I wonder how can you guys manage to train your character up after a hectic day..

Doesn't it affect your attention to studies? Because i just cannot concentrate on my studies and get so tire when i am in school. I really hope i can work hard in my studies. Sometimes, i am amazed on how people manage their time on playing and studying.

well, i usually wake up at 5:30 in the morning and go to college, then i have work, and usually when i get home, i too am very tired but i load up my game and it gives me a second wind. i usually end up playing EQII from around 11pm till 2 or 3am and repeat the process over again everyday. its very unhealthy, but its the only way i can make time to play.

I see, but like you said, it is very unhealthy. I found myself trying to do it but it will affect my school and work as i cant concentrate on the things i do. It is also very dangerous to be staying unalert oustside. What if bad guys eye on you. So, i giving up the idea of staying up late to play for a while. It is quite sad not to play my characters.

sometimes i will play while i study. but since i don't really have to study for any of my classes, all of my free time at home is dedicated to the glorious land of Norrath, and all my my little people. but due to my recent increase in working hours, i kinda get a bit too tired to play now. but i usually still try to find time to fit in at least 1 hour of game time. it the least i could do for paying 14.95 a month for it.

I don't play games online, but I like to play games and I too find it difficult to get game time in as I am usually busy. The best thing to do is manage your time as best as you possibly can. Try to be more efficient with the work that you do so that you can set aside some extra time for yourself. Make sure that you include breaks and downtime for you to re-energize and recuperate. Always use your break time and you can play games during your breaks to help unwind. There is another option that some people choose to take. Gaining experience and Levelling up your characters is time consumimg, so if you can't find the time yourself and you really want the results, pay someone else to do it for you. If you make a lot of money at your job, then your time (i.e. money) is better spent doing your job and let someone else do the tedious levelling up of your character for you while you're working.

Thank you for your response but , maybe i am stubborn, i like to see my character grow bit by bit with my own hands training on them. I know it is hard to cope but i like the process of working hard to achieve the goals. I have stop playing games since i start my work, my school and that i am so tire that i didn have the strength to play. I just hope i can really get some time for them. However, i just have only 24 hours which most of them are being taken by school and work. I think time management and sacrifice may do the trick...

Well we dont manage to train our character after a busy day because most of us online players dont have jobs and have alot of free time and thats one of the resons that we start playing online games in the first place. If you like online games and are a busy person then you will have to make some sacrifice. Either you will only play games on weekends or you will have to miss out on other things you like to do in your free time. I started playing online games during summer when my parents were never home or my friends went somewhere for there break and I had ABSOLUTLEY nothing to do, and now i kinda find it hard to stop to the point i kinda get renergized when i play. I just dont reccomend trying to stay up because then you will not enjoy the game.

i see, so basically, get to play online game when i am very free instead of squeezing it inside the busy schedule or mine. I think i will take that into it. I really cant survive with my works if i get less sleep. So i should just give up when i am very busy then when iget free time out, get to continue.

There are some games that limit you to no more than so many actions a day in order to keep costs down. That sort of game you only play probably a maximum of half an hour a day and then there is nothing you can do except wait for the next day. That way it limits you. Also, you can try RTS games like Travian (www.travian.com) where you just log in every now and then, tell your minions what to do and then log off for a few hours and come back when they are ready for more commands.

Hey, that is quite interesting! I will try that website later on. Thanks for the intro on that website. Really cool when you describe its function on how to prevent people to play further. Thanks

if u dont have much time maybe u should try games that dont need to do as much in one session. like 10minutes type games. such as some flash games

Flash games are fun, i have tried before, however, maybe because i think it is short. Soon i will find it boring and wanting to return in playing online game. I think i am really addicted to the game...should i just prevent myself to sink further?
