fundraisers and flea markets

i have started a new home business that i am trying to tell others about. my website is not working right and i have the company checking into it.
i am also helping the local school with a fundraiser with all the wonderful items that i sell. i am also on ebay and i have a fund raiser going for the children miracle network(selling flag pins and the profits go to the kids in the hospital)
i will be trying to do a flea market but this is my first time
does anyone have any suggests on the dos and dont's

i have candles,oil warmers,jewerly,gift cards and much more. i have a webstore that has my items on there and i also have a 300 plus catalog full of products. i am also giving people a free $10 gift card for the first time purchase
