How Much Caffiene Do You Need?

To Get Going In The Morning? I Can Easily Drink 3-4 Cups Of Coffee But I Drink Sweet Tea Almost All Day.

10 cups to get me going in the morring, after tht i need like 2 for every hour tht i work

Before I had children even after sleeping 11pm until 1pm I would need about 4 cups of coffee. Now, after having children 4 years later I just wake up as a habit. I still enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning though. It helps me get going. I just dont "need" it to start my day.
