I read an article in LiveScience.com that stated the study of sneezing cannot be done without closing your eyes. Hope this help.

I think that it's a physiological thing that prohibits a sneeze with open eyes. I'm no expert and I can't say I'm 100% positive of this, but it seems to me very strongly that I have heard this before. And, like you, I don't believe I have ever done it.

No, I can't. I'm not sure if anyone can. I think it might be an involuntary response to close your eyes.

I've never thought about that before but no I can't sneeze without closing my eyes. Intersting!
