Do you make compilation of your happy times or a 'Joy List"?
My sister do, she says that at first it was hard, but when she started to count her blessings each day, her moments of laughter on her list begun to grow. It is nice to count our blessings and give thanks for it,the moment you noticed it, your happiness are worthied.

What a wonderful concept No I haven't but am starting right now. today I have joy in posting here in mylot because I have met so many really nice people. I have been out to supper with my best friends Nelda and Alice and Shiv and his wife and Donna . I had not seen Alice and her daughter donna for months nor shiv and his wife so four joyful things for my list.plus no five I am alive and feeling great at 81. that is my joy list for today thanks for the great idea.

what a wonderful moment to share with, you say 81, WOW! thats great, God realy loves you so much, imagine at the age of 81 you still can type online. You're probably a very cheerful person, cause study says, a person who always laugh, tends to live longer. Bravo!
