what's the most important things you use the internet everyday?

i'm working for a internet firm in china , i often use the internet to search a large of informations with my work everyday.when i get to the office,to search is my first improtant things and i almost spent a whole day in it.
can you tell me what's your most important things are you doing in internet ?for work or for amusement or others?

I used the internet to communicate with my love ones who lives and works abroad. I also used it to update myself of the latest news, gadgets, etc. And lastly, I used it to earn extra income by engaging in online programs like this one.

i use internet for photoshop tutorial,checking mail, mylot.
for fun
for fun i browse youtube, metacafe,orkut and some fun site's

i use internet for checking my email' web designing' gambling. Nowa days i am using net mostly for posting in mylot.
I am spending my most time on mylot to make some eal cash. And i am haveing fun here also.
