what matters to you most in a work place

To me, a good job will mean having a challenging and interesting job scope, as well as a job which actually provides you a career and the opportunity to learn new things, to expand your knowledge, and to grow professionally and personally. a good working environment and nice and supporting colleagues and bosses, as well as good incentives, recognition etc also plays an important role. .

Money is most important for me . If i was given enough,anything else will be easy. or i need flexability,if there is no enough money,I choose freedom .

Money I want to be an accountant in a few years time, basically it is for the money, because I doubt I will get much job satisfaction from it tbf.
