When is the last time you have a family reunion?

We have family reunion twenty years ago. I don't know when will be the next.

My family usually gets together for Independence day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (brothers & sisters and their families). But we have extended family at end of September for my family and in August for my husband's family (aunts & uncles, cousins, grandparents' cousins, etc.). We try to get more people to attend all the time. My sister is working on the family genealogy, and usually hands out copies of her latest updates at the reunion.

about 2 years ago. I'm working in a different island than my family. I am at Bali island. My bos, balinese, pay my salary to low than a maid so that i can't buy a bus ticket to see my parents.

Although we usually meet on Christmas and other occassions, we have our family reunion last January 1, 2008. It was the first ever reunion that most of us were present.We are not too big family but with the nieces and nephews and grandchildren, there are many of us. And we promised that we must have our reunion on a yearly basis. Our parents were gone and we brothers and sisters and some relatives joined our reunion. It is one affair that must not be forgotten. How time flies.

The last time my family members have a reunion is last Spring Festival. I work in a big city which far away from my hometown, So I can only return back home once a year, of course I will choose to return during Spring Festival, it is the most important festival in China, everyone who work outside should go home to see their parents.

The last time our family has a reunion is just one week before, the Qinming Festivel, an important traditional festivel in China for memory of our ancestors. From this year, we have three-days vacation for this festivel. so relatives live near the hometown gathered and perform kind of ceremony to memorize our ancestors.

I think that was last December 2004 held in my Grandfather's house. It is located in the Proviince of Davao. That was the most happiest day. Because I have seen again all of my cousin in one place.
