The optomist sees the rose and not its thorns, the pessimist stares at the thorns, oblivious of the rose. Kahlil Gibran. I am a great fan of Kahlil Gibran and have found reason to use his quotes many times. Have you heard of Kahlil Gibran? Do you like his works and if so, what is your favorite quotation? Mine is

I've never heard of Kahlil Gibran,but I like the quotes you listed very much.It's uplifting.There are some quotes about life which I like very much,share it with you:
However mean your life is,meet it and live it ;do not shun it and call it hard names.

those are very powerful words, I love them too, I love Kahil, he was wonderful well worthy of the nobel prize that he won.
