Why doesn't the Chinese dictatorship understand that we (normal people) hate their
dyed-hair geriatric corruptocracy?

Because a dictator is not normal people and therefore cannot understand what normal people fell. A dictator is a bully who feeds on fear and greed. They don't want to understand or even consider what normal people want. A dictatorship is all about what it wants not the people it controls.
