payperplay............

I have payperplay on my blogs but they are only playing demo ads ....its always showing that only one person is visiting my blog and the no of hits is increasing by 10 sometimes by 15 but there is no increase in money.can you please tell me why ....also please those who are earning from payperplay please tell me what setting we need to set in payperplay account....
