Is there an anti freedom bit of stupidity the dishonorable Barak Obama won't hop into bed with?
Obama's plan is to pass legislation requiring corperations let stock holders decide the pay and benefits packages of executives.
Obama, why don't you be honest for once in your life and admit what you are. Admit that you think the federal government should micromanage every facet of the lives of the peopl.
Obama, you are nothing but a petty dictator, a fool, and a waste of human flesh.

Actually, I agree with the idea, since the stock holders are the owners of the corporations.
Who better to decide than the owners?

I agree with the idea too, what I don't agree with is the government mandating it.
Actually, the stockholders already have this right, they each have the amount of say commenserate with the number of shares they hold.
What this legislation would do is take the rights of major stockholders and give it to minor one.
It is nothing more than the government micromanaging business... Marxism.

No, this should not be a government mandate.
If the government would stay out of business I think the economy would be in much better shape.
Government has no business mandating business operations.

Obama since you are a "Constitutional Professor" show me in the Constitution that the Federal government has the power to create such a law. I am looking at it right now and I cannot find it, maybe that is because I am not a "Constitutional Professor". If Obama was a Constitutional Professor I would have hated to be in any of those classes.

I seriously doubt Obama gives a flying fig about the U.S. Constitution. In fact, it's rare to find the liberal who does.
