how do you feel when you have someone close to you visiting you from a far place

im just wondering how you feel like when you have someone visiting you from a far place for the first time? well my mum is coming from a very far place like 9hrs journey to my place and i have it in me for her to enjoy her visit to this place. if it were you how would you feel?

I believe when I was first in that position I was excited, but then again still kind of nervous. You want everything to be just so perfect for them. But don't worry, it will be fine.
