Stupid laws

I live in south carolina an there is a law my hubby was telling me about that is on the books on a sunday morning you can take your wife to the court house an beat her do you believe it do you know of anty stupid laws sad thing is if my hubby did that law or no law he would be burried under the court house lol

Are you kidding? Is that true,if it is that is terrible. I guess that if my hubby tried it he would be buried alongside yours under the court house!!

I have never heard of one quite that ridiculous. I have heard of some states that still have laws that you can't kiss in public. And in my own home town there is still a law on the books that you can't spit on the sidewalk.
