I just found Pandora with StumbleUpon and I am really loving the music I have been finding on here. I got them to play one artist and now have heard about two dozen songs and found a bout 15 new artists with similar sounds that I really liked. It has been a good evening of listening.

http://www.stumbleupon.com/ will feed you random websites based on your interests, assuming you entered them, that other people thought were cool enough to submit. There is no better way to really learn about other than giving it a try yourself.

unfortunately I discovered I can't get pandora because I'm not in the US, and apparently they cannot broadcast outside the US

Yes, Pandora is Great! I've been listening to it for awhile now. It's really cool. It plays music with a similar sound to the songs you picked. That way you get to find new music that you like.

cool, I've never heard of it. I'll search for it sounds really interesting. But I have to admit stuble upon is a really awsome site. It gives you all the random pages that become so usefull!!
