There is an old saying in China,"Don't suspect the person you choose."But nowadays there are many different ideas on this topic. For instance, some people think it is better to suspect even you know the person you use well. And especially in a company, they think the boss should have an attitude to distrust someone. However,I don't agree with this.Because your distrusting will show the person that you're not respect him sometimes you'll show him that you are not trusting his loyalty. And in our society, trust and honesty is necessary. So what's your opinion?

whether the person sitting opposite u has the trust on u or not and whether u trust the person at the other end of the table or not just depends on the way u are. if u are a honest, loyal and a dedicated man with the work u do u need not work on earning trust u will simply get it going onto u. but again on trusting someone is something u cant help- i personally have a friend of mine whom i engaged in my work say arranged somehow to co-work with me so that we both achieve success together, but he started to raise his own personal interests at my cost having come to know from his so called trusted friends(whom he USED in doing so) and our other coworkers too, verifying and investigating to find the truth i was helpless but i gained my confidence and proved my worth with my performance and today he has got to prove himself of what he had misguided our authorities against me. i just donot know whether u might think my opinion to the context or not but yes u got to SUSPECT USING A PERSON..........

I think it all depends on how well you know that person. I have no idea if one's looking reveals one's personality, which I do. There are people who don't look trustworthy at all, and there are people who look honest and righteous. I perfectly understand why you think we should tear down the fence between us and our friends. But I remember there is a western proverb which goes like, 'Love your neighbours but don't tear down the fence.' I think it is nothing wrong to be on alert all the time because we can not say for sure if something is trustworthy or not until we have enough communication.
