how to delete a discussion or comment post ? / myLot

while writing a discussion or comment suddenly we find that we made a mistake that would give a different meaning to readers than that is intended..what to do..how to delete that post..

One of the frustrations with myLot is that once you have pressed the "Post" button you cannot edit anything. Yet you can on a new PM. Doesn't make sense. All that you can do is respond to your discussion yourself and try to clarify the situation. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Hope that helps.

I hope someday they correct this so we can edit our discussions after we posted it. I usually copy it before submitting it. Then I make any corrections then I submit it. Especially for a long discussion or response.But a member needs 500 points for this copy/paste option.. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

It is very frustrating Grandpa Bob. You are far more disciplined than I. I write and shoot and repent at my leisure. LOL. I don't see myLot changing this any time soon. This was an issue before I came on the Lot and will probably still be one after I have left. C'est la vie.

Hi, well,you cannot delete a discussion or a response or a comment which you have made. Nor can you edit it. If you have made a wrong response / comment, comment below saying sorry and with the required correction. Cheers ! Have a nice day. ============= Believe in yourself ==============
