How many of you listen to hindi songs?

I have heard some Hindi songs and it is really very nice. I am not an Indian but I like different kinds of music and would love listening to something new to my ears even though I don't understand it.

Our family members are great singers. My mom and my uncles always keep humming some song or the other. And my uncles hum mostly the famous hindi songs. So I have been used to listening lots of hindi songs at home. If I really like the song that they are humming, I just ask them to play the original track for me and I try to learn it. I am a great fan of Kishore Kumar and I really like to hear all his songs. But I listen to other singers also with equal enthusiasm as most of the songs are too good. My brother collects lots of today's hindi songs and he sends them to me from time to time.

Dear Zeraphina, Yes I also listen to Hindi film songs, but sometimes I do not get the ltrics correctly because I have not learnt the language. I have stayed in Delhi for three years. I learnt to speak Hindi at that time. I don't know written hindi. i can read a bit. that's all. so sometimes I don't understand the lyrics. I hear mostly all types of songs. I like melodies more and also semi classical malayalam songs of Yesudas.
