I am a student from Slovakia. I had an opportunity to study both in Slovak and British system. I would like to know your opinion about compulsory reading for students which is required. While studying at British school, the list of compulsory reading was much shorter, but at out Slovak school we are supposed to read much more. But in my opinion it's better to choose books which you are interested in and not with regard to your studies. Well what do you think?
