It again happens, the waste is still there

Last month I had found that some plastic bags were kept in front the road of my house. Just seeing something suspicious I went to that bad saw that few street dogs were near that plastic bag and dogs taking out the waste from it and the waste was scattered on the road it was that the school children and other had to close their nose while passing near that. Later this bag was found frequently and our residence association kept a board there not to throw waste on road still this continues. Few days back our residence association member caught a that person who keep it and found it was waste from another residence association near by. As our residence association do not have any space to through we do have any idea too were to leave these waste and the only way now we dispose waste is by giving it to a person who carries on his auto to distant place and few days back he too was not available. Any suggestions to get these waste recycled well or make the waste away.

I don't know, but can't you report the offenders to the authorities, the city officials or the police, any one who will stop the people from doing this?

if your place some eara to make a whole & keep all the waste there & it will be good or try to burn them, also try to communicate to the people in your place for that problem.so they can provide a proper place or car for the garbagge & pick-up every morning so every one will feel safe & have a healthy place.

where do you take your own garbage? i'm sure you have your own way of disposing your garbage. or maybe a garbage truck goes by your neighborhood and takes all the garbage from all the houses. then maybe you can tell the garbage truck to get the garbage left by that awful man. if there is no garbage truck, then maybe you can dig a very deep hole somewhere maybe in your backyard or somewhere far away and dump those garbage there and cover it again with soil. of course you can only bury the biodegradable ones. the plastics and all the other non-biodegradable stuff, you have to dispose them properly like bring them in a dumpsite or somewhere where they recycle plastics and all that non-biodegradable stuffs.
