Can you remember your first real crush on someone??

I can...as though it were yesterday!!!
I was just answering another thread...and i thought oh this takes me back!!!
My crush was the school music teacher....who was also the village church organist.....
I am telling you it was adoration at its best...every church service,choir practise and music related function I was there!!!!
The day that he told me I was looking nice...OH Woww....a red letter day!!!!
It took months to get over that crush.....because every waking thought i had...was of him!!!!!......anyone ever felt like this??

yes I can remember, I was eleven and in junior school and there was a boy in our class called Rober Cobley and I thought he was the bees knees. I used to follow him everywhere.

I think those things just tend to stick in ones mind
The wrens were still building yesterday but we have not seen them today. I should think they are finished building now

I remember when I was in primary school sending three valentine cards with Siamese cats on the front to three of my class mates. With me being the bowl haircutted, swotty one, I don't think they were overawed with the attention, unfortunately.

Its funny how we..or I at least..lol..always `fell for` the ones who just wouldnt have given me a second look!!!!..
My Mum used to trim my hair...the bowl cut!!!...and my hair was always greasy!!!!
I longed to wear a bra..but had nothing to put in it!!
Oh the agonies of being a teenager!!!!

Yes I do.. It was a guy called Mike who played tennis at the tennis club.. ( this was in 1968). He asked me to go and see The Graduate with him ( movie with Dustin Hoffman) .. I went and for the first time someone held my hand as we watched the movie.. I remember my clammy hands) ha ha ha
Fun to remember these incidents of our life!!

LOL Flamenca...those moments stay with you forever!!!!
We held hands..but it was that first kiss that I just couldnt wait for....we went to the cinema three times..still no kiss...he looked,and I looked...but I just thought he was slow!!!!
So eventually I could`nt wait any longer....and he was unceremoniously dumped!!!!!
