is it safe investing some money on buying bux.to referral pakages?

Hi, It's been quite a long time I'm doing the PTC things in the internet and I found some site that pays real money. I got my first payment (through paypal) from clixncash but the server of the site is down. I'm also trying bux.to for a few monthes though I haven't reached to the payout limits yet and I was thinking of some investments.
Now I need some advice on this matter. I'm in a dilemma whether I should go forword with investment or let them rest in my pig bank. what you people say? should I go forword or not?? I'm from India and every dollar counts almost 42 bucks in Indian courency and I don't have too much money as I'm a graduation student.

I will tell you I've bought some referrals from Bux and they have been active but this is something you have to be careful with. You are always taking a chance when buying referrals. It doesn't matter how many times you read about someone else doing it and getting the ones who remain active.

There is always a risk if you want some gain. Nobody can tell you what will happen. Things can run smoothly today and be gone tomorrow.
Just don't put in anything that you cannot afford to lose.

I'm not too sure if it's too good an idea. Even though you could be lucky and hit it really big with your bought referrals and make a lot of money, you still have to get paid. And right now, the financial situation of Bux.to does not seem to be too good with them being very behind on payments. So I would be wary if I were purchasing referrals, but it's not an outright scam.
