Almond Butter VS Peanut Butter

what are the differences in peanut butter and almond butter...we all know that they are both high in protein, but what is the difference in price,ingrediants.....ect

Almond butter is always more expensive because it is a better quality nut. Peanuts are "junk" nuts.

Peanut butter has more Polyunsaturated fat which is known to help in the reduction of both good and bad cholesterol. (This is true only of natural peanut butter though not processed) Almond butter is said to have more monosaturated fat which is known to lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol. Both butters are about the same in the amount of calories.
