how to prepare your lesson

I am a science techer ,I often prepare my listen on the day befoe I give the class. Empirical teachers often told me that I shoule prepare a lesson on the day near the day I give the class,then I will not forget the contents.
But now I think I should prepare them on more early days ,then I can conlude the theory in advance and will not be nevers.
Do you think so?

It's good to prepare yourself to deliver the lesson early. It's not only the lesson but the most important is your personal preparation. And many teachers just teach the lesson without integrating some life's lesson. That makes the educational system boring and does not address the need of the times!
