Do you think you are a leader or follower? I feel I am a leader. Love to heard what you are.

It doesn't matter where you stand or where you want to stand, both leader and follwer have their own responsibilities to fulfill.

I play football and have been made captain of my team this year and this year we won the league and my manager and club chairman said alot of good things about me at a presentation we had so I like to think of myslef as a leader :D

all in all, I guess I would say that I am more a follower, I like to work under somebody else, but I do more work independently and then I am a leader in the area that has been assigned to me.

I'm a leader most of the time. In most situations i'll take the lead, but seeing that i'm also considered bossy, i sometimes let others lead. I have no problems letting someone else have the headache. But if you let my spouse, and kids tell it i'm pushy... go figure.

I like to be a leader and a follower too. Depends on the activity or friends or some leader. There are some sittuation when I want to be a leader because I want to tell my oppinion or to show what is my work style.
