Wedding Anniversary

We have just celebrated our 27th Wedding Anniversary.We had a lovely dinner at one of the local resteraunts .The time has passed by so quickly .We had five lovely children of whom the two youngest are still at home ,but all live in the same town .They have their own lives to live now but still come by and see us now and then .
Looking to the future we will probably leave this town in the near future and move to another place in the hope of starting up a new buisness.Iam sad already at the thought of leaving behind any of my kids wether they be adults or not .
WE have lived here since before we were married it will be a big hole left in me when we go .
Isuppose life does go on and these are some of the choices we make in life wether we like them or not.

Its really sad to leavew a place where you have made your home, I do it every two years because of my huby's job and it is painful. WHere are you moving to , will you still come online or not, We hsall miss you if you do not. Whereever you go hope I wish you luck and good health.

Well congratulations on your anniversary - making 27 years is wonderful and does not happen too often these days it seems. Neither my partner nor I could manage more than 10 years in our first marriages but this year we achieved our 10 year anniversary together, living together for the last 8 of those years. Now it might be time for us to get married we think.
Moving to a new town can be hard but also fun, depends on your outlook. I lived all my life in the one district till after my marriage broke up and a couple of years later moved to the town where she comes from. Took a little while but soon made friends with people although I found that I liked many of her friends, which was a head start for me.
Look on it as a new adventure hope and enjoy the ride.

congratulations on your wedding anniversary Hope! 27 years is a long time and it's great to hear about people that make it that far these days. Change is hard isn't it? My youngest son now lives 3 states away. My daughter lives in the same town that I do, but lived away for a number of years before she moved back here. I'd really miss the grandkids if they didn't live here. Like you said, though, life goes on and this world is full of constant changes. Test of luck in starting your new business.
