Have you ever felt like migrating to a place that you have visited?

It often happens with me that I have gone to a new place for either some work or just for a weekend tour, I get attached to that place, and start thinking of how can I shift there to stay permanently. Of course the thought dies within a few days after I come back to my regular abode.
It has happened with me in Puri, Lonavala, and many other places in India.
Do you also feel like that? What are the places where you have felt such attraction?

Very true! It happened to me when my father was transferred to Coimbatore in 1970. I used to study with my parents, but when my father got retired and returned to AP, I felt that Coimbatore was my town and didn't want to leave. but i did. Similarly, on brief visits, it was Mysore once, and it happened in Madras(chennai) when I was a kid. I had the feeling you describe.
