scientifically speaking, dreams are just remnants of the things while you are awake or the things that's bothering you. we all have different interpretations of dreams and its up to us whether how we interpret it. but there's nothing wrong in responding to a dream. =)

I would not dismiss dreams as being mere remnants. We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping during which we dream. There is much more to dreaming than being mere remnants of waking.

sometimes, dream can tell us whats in the future. in your case, does it happen repeatly or just once? if its just once then in my suggest, be possitive. perhaps thats only dream of sleeping. no meaning at all. but if its happened repeatelly then you should do something. sometimes dream can be happened from our worried in our heart. what do you thinking the most can be brought in dream. so be relax. if you still suspicious, perhaps you can do little search by your own self. however, i just hope that everything is fine there, dear

maybe you're just being paranoid andre. or maybe you have just watched a movie about something like that that's why you dreamed that it was happening to you. or maybe even before you have dreamed of that, you are already suspecting your partner and you carried your suspicions on your dreams. but if you aren't suspecting your partner, and you just dreamed of it out of the blue, without any basis, then i don't think its true, i don't think it would happen in real life.

I had a similar dream, that my wife had a lover and I was so disturbed that I decided to take a closer look at our lives. I began to see patterns where she would be acting in a different, suspicious way. I never bothered about it because I never in my wildest dreams thought she would betray me. Well, she did cheat on me and it took me a long time to get wise to it.

andrejuly I would never place much credence in a dream not of this magnitude. that would be so unfair for your partner. Probably you dreamed of something full of bits and pieces of worries you had the day before and they made a dream.

I don't think your dream is something for you to neccesarily worry about. Has he done something when you were awake to make it seem that way. Dreams can be interpreted in many different ways. I have had a few dreams about my husband cheating on me but i think its just my doubts and also the shows and books i read. Maybe something is bothering you with your relationship? do you think something about how you two interact has changed? I wouldn't start "watching" him to see what he does. When i dream the dreams i do i tell my husband about it and see what he says though. However, i can't really be a judge to your situation without knowing how it is or what the dream illustrated exactly.

i dont think it can be true... though i had a dream that was like that, my partner kissing someone on a car and i was watching them leave me on an empty road... i guess those are just worries i have in my waking moments and i got it in my head soo it was manifested in my dreams... sometimes dreams can be the opposite, right? :) don't worry too much, i know it may seem so real but dont let dreams take control of your feelings...

Hi andrejuly84! There are some dreams that have been some kind of warnings or some hidden messages that is trying to tell us something. Sometimes dreams are products of our subconscious. Maybe, in reality you have already been suspecting something with your partner and that has been manifesting in your dreams. However, I am no expert on dreams nor the subconscious state of mind. Maybe it was just a dream and nothing more to it. Just my thoughts dear friend. Take care and have a nice day! :)

Dreams are our unconscious thoughts for the day that comes back to us in a form of a dream..So i dont think that you should worry because you dreamt that your partner is cheating on you.Like what you said you were talking/joking about it,maybe thats why you dreamt about it..Coz in my case I had series of dreams like that after my partner confessed that he had a fling with another when I was away for 6 months..sad but its true..it kept haunting me for awhile but not anymore.. Just think of happy thoughts and thats what you'll dream about, Also did you know that I can make my dream? I mean before I sleep I think of something nice and the thought just continues when I fall asleep..:)

I think that if you have a dream of your partner cheating on you it's a subconcious fear of yours. Perhaps you've seen subtle hints, and are realizing that perhaps their true... By no means is a dream a reason to go accusing your partner, but I would keep my eyes open more
