How are you Mithra?

Hi Mimpi, I am new to this place and do not really know the pros and cons well enough. But what I get is not good. Why should our ratings be dependent on other users! This is bit too odd. And now coming to your friend, I do not know what exactly happened top her. But I feel, we should all read the rules well enough and taking that Mithra did that and banned in spite of that, it's sad. That means anyone is vulnerable!

Hi Mimpi Really nice discussion and i fully agree what u have said other thing i would like to add is just that myLot should not Allow Copy and paste option as definetly u mifght be copying some material and its easy for them to Ban u under Copy right Act Mithra is indded a nice person, very good friend and Lovely mylotter. she make discussion lively and attract lots to join mylot. we(friends like dpk and apsara) emailed some letters to managemernt but no reply I really miss her and she need to be brought back Now mylot have Mr crash, he is communicating with members and its good thing, all members who are spending time here, 8-12 months are part of it, they must be treated well and if some thing going to happened must be shared and discussed b4 taking one sided deceion Take care and keep it up

I missed this discussion! I totally agree that one should be informed when they are banned or if their discussion is deleted. As far as Mithra's case goes, I wrote to myLot and got a reply once....but not the second time. When a member reports another, mylot needs to look into the matter and check without blindly deleting or banning. and as far as I know Mithra hasn't written anything offensive.....maybe a little copy paste...which is allowed...even if that was the reason for the ban....I think she should be told.

wow, Mimpi, this is the best thing to happen on mylot. To start a discussion for a missing friend...that is great mimpi........... Yes mithra is missed by all of us and she was banned from mylot for no mistake..........mylot did not even give any reply to various requests sent to mylot by many friends of mithra. Also mithra herself wrote so many letters asking for explanation, but no reply was received. This incident makes every mylotter insecure because you will never know when suddenly one day you will find that you are banned from mylot for reason that you don't even know..??????? I hope mimpi,now that you made direct attack on Mr Crush, things will change, may be Mithra will be welcome back with full respect or may be we both will be banned.....,

Hi Mimpi! I missed you a lot! I just couldn't log out without answering this thread. I was amazed by all the changes Mylot had. But I'm sad to hear that the banned members issues are still an unresolved and unclear issue. I had a lot of friends banned and I was visiting their pages today. I missed them a lot. I hope Mylot do something. Like what you suggested. By the way, have your friend tried to contact Mylot? I hope this will be resolved soon. It's very sad when a friend suddenly get banned without a fair warning or even a notice. Take care lot "gorgeous" Mimpi! I miss you!!! (^^,)

Hi mimpi1911! Mithrarao is in my friends' list and she has good and kind responses as I remember. I never knew that she was banned and I am really sorry to hear that. I am shocked too. I have been inactive here for quite some time and it is only in the past three days that I became active again that is why I never knew mith is being missed here. I checked on her profile and she has been inactive for 60 days. i hope her issues regarding her being blocked will be resolved because she is one of the good people I also have the pleasure of meeting. is it really? Mimpi i really did not know that she is banned. i also agree with you. Mylot should have let somebody know as warning that some activity may ban him/her. she is also in my list and i am missing her as well. But why she was banned?

I completely agree with your suggestion that before 'banning' a member, he/she may be warned atleast once and he/she may also be told about the violations committed by him/her. In this manner he/she would get an opportunity to improve upon herself. If the member shows no improvement, in that case he/she may be banned, without assigning any further reasons. It is not clear to us why one of the members mithrarao was banned? She was one of the most active and nice members here on mylot and I would also request Mr Crush and other honourable Managers of Mylot that her profile may be 'reactivated' with a condition that she would not be allowed to violate in future, at any cost. Thanks Mimpi for brininging out the issue.

That's really shocking .. Why this happened to mithra ?? I really don't understand mylot policies and all that things. Things are really strange on mylot .. but the second shocking thing is -- mithra did not tried to come back on mylot and let us know that why this happened. This is for so sure -- mylot won't send any email to the member to let them know that their id is suspended/banned from mylot.There should be some rules and I agree with all the suggestions of Mimpi .. these all rules should be implemented on mylot as soon as possible.

I am missing my friend Mithra, too. I haven't seen her for a long time. I just think she may be busy or she feels bored in Mylot. I don't know that she was banned here. I don't understand why as she is such a kind person. It doesn't make sense. Of course it's better Mylot will warn us before it is going to ban anybody. At least we need to explain for ourselves. There may be some mistakes or misunderstandings. And I hope Mylot will stop banning some members as long as they realize what's wrong.

Hello dear mimpi. I am really shocked about this because Mithrarao is on my friendlist and I think that she has very good reputation here at Mylot. I am wondering how come I have not seen her active here for so long a time and just now I checked her profile to find that she has not been active for 60 days. So that means she has been banned for two months long! I have to say that Mithrarao is a very nice resident at Mylot and I will never forget the wonderful discussion that I have participated in, in which I translated a beautiful song Mother's Kiss from Chinese into English. I miss the wonderful responses among Mithrao, Mimpi and Williamjisir. That was a long time when I felt so happy for the discussion, because it took quite some time for the translation as I love the discussion and the song. I did the translation because I could not write a better poem and that song is my favorite one singing high praise for mothers. I am wondering why a mylotter is so easily banned for no reason, especially when someone is active here spreading mylot community worldwide by contributing her time and energy to the site, Mylot, which she is keen on or so interested in. You are right that Mr. Crash could send a alert to someone for her or him to know the reason why one is going to be banned or banned for her or him to know better how to support mylot and what to correct without just banning one devoted mylotter this way. Also when our posts are deleted, it would be nicer for us to know why so many posts are deleted, especially when we could not see any sign of violence against mylot. It would be appreciated if we could be informed of this. I miss Mithrarao and I will be greatly appreciated if Mr.Crash could think about what we are discussing about here and the two nice questions to you.I thank Mr. Crash in advance for listening to us mylotters. Oh gosh, this is so shocking. They have removed all of her discussions, as if she never had one. I have not the faintest idea why they did this to her. As far as I am concerned, all her discussions were clean. I'm not sure if she had violated any mylottian guidelines or copyrights of any work, but as I remember, all her posts were either her own or some general forwarded stuffs. I'm almost certain that it contained no literary works. It appears very much vindictive, as you mentioned. I'm not sure if Crash will be listening to this, nor hopeful that this approach would fix things and reinstate her; however, I appreciate and back your gesture of standing up for a friend in crisis. I will, in the hope of getting an affirmative or at least a reasonable answer for her banning, hereby send a message to myLot admin and Crash to get her account reinstated. Thank you, let us all do our best to help a friend.
