I love simple cooking because i have two kids and i dont have time to make big meals and i dont like to mix a whole bunch of recepies out of hear that it will get wasted. Then again i only have about 30 minutes to cook. Please write about your experiences.

I like simple cooking too. If it can't be made in one pot or baking dish i usually won't cook it unless it'a for a special occassion because i really hate doing the dishes :) I'd like to find some quickie 15 minute recipes but they are hard to find since so many times most recipe sites include the complicated stuff, too. I think someday if i ever get organized i would like to make a book of recipes i use...a lot of times i make everything from scratch or lose the recipe i followed!

Sometimes I find quick recipes, but don’t necessarily like all the ingredients so I swap stuff out. You may want to invest in Rachel Rays’ 30 minute meals books. I use a lot of recipes from her, but those books have also inspired me to make a lot of quick recipes as well.
