Do you remember the sit'n spin?

Well I had bought my nephew a sit and spin for his birthday,and me and my sister was debating if the news are backwards from the ones when we was little.
The one I just bought the platform moves and she says when we was little it was the handle thing that moved,but that makes no since,I think they are the same as when we was kids,the platform moved right?So did you have one ?
Do you remember which part moved?

ooh..i'm getting dizzy just thinking about it LOL
i'm pretty sure it was the platform disk.
if it were just the handle,the weight of the butt would keep it stationary.
