Peeping tom back living next door to victim!!!

Can you beleive it!! Absolutely shocking.... Kayleigh, 17 has moved out of her house to live with her grandmother while she and her mother campaign to get 47 year old Michael Smith evicted. Kayleigh said it made her 'flesh creep' when she found out what Smith had been upto. He had crawled along their shared roof space and drilled holes in the ceiling above her when she was just 16. He was only found out when Kayleigh awoke one morning with plaster dust falling on her and spotted the drill bit sticking through the ceiling. By spying on Kayleigh, Smith breached his ASBO for harrassing families in the street and magistrates jailed him for six months. The housing association that owns the adjoining terraces said they wanted Smith evicted but the case could not be heard until late next month. What would you do if this happened to you or your daughter???

Secretly I'd want to beat the crap out of him, but after calming down I'd send my daughter with other family to stay. I would arrange for her to have someone with her all the time. I would protest outside the house, and do anything in my power to encourage him to go away. I am appalled the housing association didn't move him out. Why does the girl have to move? The whole thing is disgusting!

I know, Im not sure if I would want to remain in that house just incase he tried to spy on me!! God knows how long he was spying on the girl for!! It has split the family up, wouldn't you feel like you have let your daughter down as youcouldnt protect her from the bloke next door!!! It is digusting that he was allowed back into the huse, thats like putting a rapist next door if he had abused your child!!

I'd probably find another place for her to stay (if possible) too. And if not possible, I'd make sure the peeper was on notice that he was being watched. And I'd enlist as many people as I could to keep an eye on him as long as he was there. Maybe also organize a protest in front of the building to try and scare him into moving. Arrange escorts for the girl.. Whatever it took.

I would try the legal route but if nothing happened would probably threaten him and get a good lawyer.

If something like that happened to me or my daughter i would be on the police at once and want the man jailed immediately and the key thrown out. Six months is stupid five years might be a lot betterfor a bozo like that one. but I would want the police to act at once and put the guy where he could not harm a girl again.
