Which cell phones are best?

Im needing a new cell phone provider as well as a new phone. Any suggestions?

I have had a lot of luck with my Motorola E-815. It's over 2 years old and I have had no problems. Before that I had a different Motorola for 5 years. I think it is a great brand.
