I could not sleep last night! My husband is a serious snorer! What can I do? Please help me! My husband didn't snore before. But as he grows fatter and fatter, the snore he make up in the night become bigger and bigger! Last night I even could not sleep at all! The snore sounded like the well-regulated hooter. One big and one samll. I am almost crazy at the sound! About the snore, we think about a lot of methods. Such as losing weight. But you know that losing weight is not a short-term project. We also think about changing the pillow. But everything goes as before! What should I do? I really want to have a good sleep! Oh, my God! Please help me!

HI I had the same problem with my husband for 10 years it was horrible.I never had a nights sleep we slept in seperate bedrooms i always felt tired and i even made him loose weight as he is a big man, it helped a little but his snoring was still really loud.We tried evey thing in the chemist went to the doctors ,we even went to the london clinic to have the operation but they would not do it on my husband. In the end i gave up trying until a few months ago my friend got her husbamd to try these snoring balls and it stoped him snoring.I got my husband to try them last month and they really do work,we are even sleeping in the same bed now. They are simple to use to and comfortable and they are really reasonibly priced i was spending alot more money in the chemist give them a try they were only £6 to find which size fitted my husband,we got them from adkinssnoringaid.com i promise you the will work

Hi help is on the way.The snoring balls you can find on www.adkinssnoringaid.com they work by putting a ball in his nose to block the nostrils. my husband found it strange wearing them the first few days but he said they were comfortable.the first pack we bought we had to try the different sizes to see which size completely blocked his nostrils so he couldnt breath through his nose,so when he sleeps he has to breath through his mouth.Tell your husband to drink water before he goes to bed and this will stop his throat from getting dry.GOOD LUCK GIVE THEM A TRY

Well the only way I deal with it and my husband isn't big at all but he works hard at his job and due to that he's a snorer.. I have to sleep in another room to get a good nights sleep or I am up half the night kicking him which just makes him roll over and start snoring again.. Really nothing does help I have learned to live with it that's for sure..

Yes, I used to learn that sleep by a side will do good to a snorer. So I asked him to sleep by a side in the night and I would kick him if he roll back unconscious. However, you may know, the better circs lasted about a week. The snorer getting even heavier!

If he is sleeping on his back, tell him to sleep on his side. To keep him from rolling back onto his back, you can put some tennis balls behind him. There's always Breath Right strips too. They actually do help.
