Experiences with Google Adsense, and other sites similar to it?

I'm just curious as to hear experiences with Google Adsense, more one's that might have caused problems and halted your account or stuff like that. I want to know kind of the things I should avoid. Yes, I know Google Adsense has guidelines you can read, but it's better to hear story's as well.
