how many parts does man have?

Almost everyone says that man has a body and a soul. And that the soul and the spirit are just the same. Is there no difference between the soul and spirit?

How many parts are their to a person? three...We have our mind, our body and our soul/spirit...Is there a difference between soul and spirit..I suppose to some ppl maybe there is but to me they are the same thing...

what i know body has three parts .physical body,mind,and soul.mind is situated between body soul.spirit is madeup of mind and soul.mind is the oldest part of the body . Disclaimerthis my spiritual master view and he is an ordinary yogi.
