you will get one when you reach 100 posts. it will depend upon your reputation. the reputation is calculated how you are rated + here in scale of 100.wish you get soon.

the star will automatically come when you have 100 hundred posts. The colour and number depends on how well people rated you. They rate you by the positive or negative rating. You want a 10 or blue star that is the best.

All you need to do is make atleast post '100' posts. Once the number in bracket shows 100, you would be awarded a star by mylot people. Make another 24 responses, you would touch 100.
