Here's a quick and easy way to do May baskets! Go to your local Dollar tree store and in the wedding section there is a package of 12 white favor boxes. Just embellish them with stickers or I did a flower I cut from card stock...put a flower brad in the middle and tied with matching ribbon. They are cute and just take minutes to make!

That sounds like a great idea! I love Dollar Tree stores and always find the best stuff there. What kinds of items do you put in your May baskets? We ususally do popcorn, cheetos, candy, and stickers. One year we made May baskets out of clean plastic flower pots and gave them to the local nursing home residents. We called ahead and asked the staff what kind of items they would allow, fixed up the baskets and delivered them that evening. The residents were thrilled and my children were on cloud nine because they made other people happy.
