I don't believe you don't have dream. Maybe you have dream but you don't remember that. I usually dream when I think all day and too tired to thinking.

try to listen music while sleeping. i suggest the slow song, instrumental, or classical music. I usually have a dream if i listen music while sleeping. Clear your mind from many things , and be relax.

I never came across such an issue.I think dreams do not occur as per our wishes. I think its a big subject in itself. I think we need not try to have dreams.Otherwise we may end up having nightmares.

some people pray to God for an answer and He will answer you in a dream.

When you are about to sleep tell yourself when you wake up, you will remember your dreams. If that voice in your head doubts you, reaffirm to yourself that you will remember, until you finally believe yourself (allow yourself). When you wake up in the morning, don't jump out of bed, don't start worrying about what to do, you've already decided to remember your dreams, now is when you do that. Lay in bed and just let the thoughts float into your head, don't ignore the odd or crazy ones (we tend to push that we don't understand out as quickly as possible but these are our dreams, the symbolism and the language can be a little different). Write these down. Any thoughts that pop into your head right after you wake up. Make a journal. It doesn't have to be fancy, and I know it sounds dull, but as I've started keeping a dream diary, I remember more and more, and you'll start realizing what are your dream signals. Once you start remembering your dreams, you can then do so much more with them....have you ever woken up in your dream, but you were still in your dream, but you knew you were more awake than ever? Tell yourself you will remember your dreams, the problem is not having them, it's remembering them.

Well Dreams are not deliberate..they just happen when your mind is in a certain state. So you need to make your mind work in the direction that you want to progress in your life and the mind will follow your aspirations with relevant dreams. For example the discovery of the chemical compound called Benzene has happened when the discoverer worked on it for several days and during one of his rest hours..he had a dream of the structure of Benzene molecule which was later validated. I hope this answers your question
